Blog Quotes #646,647,648,649

A quadruple Bonus today...
Here are Blog quote #'s 646,647, 648 and 649...

#646..."Polished brass will pass upon more people than rough gold."
-Chesterfield-

#647..."Men in general judge more from appearances than from reality. All men have eyes, but few have the gift of penetration."
-Machiavelli-

#648... She looks as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth."
-Swift, 'Polite Conversation'-

#649..."Things are seldom what they seem. Skim milk masquerades as cream."
-W.S.Gilbert-

You get the point. Be careful to take a good, long look inside, underneath, up and down, all around, and under the hood. Many a thing looked better under initial impressions than what actually was the real deal. Just ask Little Red Riding Hood.

With that stated, first impressions can make a whole lot of difference--so,  be who you are and be of character and moral integrity. That will serve you well in life.

That's my view...what say you?
