This was Wonka's sarcastic witty comment when the little brat, Violet was turning violet. If you haven't seen Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, rent it. If you saw it umpteen years ago, re- rent it and listen to all the classic funny lines you may have missed years ago. Truly ingenious writing, in my opinion.
