This quote is so accurate, and the people who know it the most- are teachers themselves. Like watching a tree grow from a tiny acorn, children need a lot of love and daily care, and it's difficult to see results to the visible eye- yet, so much is happening inside the growth of the child. Then, all the sudden years later, the finished product begins to shine.
It must be tough yet so rewarding when years of patience pays off for teachers. They get to look back and say, "Yeah, I played a part of that product of goodness."
Well done and hats off to all teachers out there! Thanks for your service of educating our future population.
