The talented humorous writer Bombeck is getting a point across... to live in the now. Since we all know for certain there is an expiration date on us, yet, none of us know when that date is, get to whatever needs to be getting to. 

And be careful of all the 'I'll get that next week' or 'Let me do that tomorrow,' for last we checked, those days do not come with guarantees. Something to ponder...
