In other words, hang in there. Similar reasoning shares that 'As bad as a day can be, it only lasts 24 hours, and the best news is the sun will rise the next day.' Once you have that perspective, it's a lot easier to grind it out and wait for better times to come. Not EASY, but easier.
It is said the successful either hang around a bit longer, or just keep trying one more time. It's more of a mental game than anything else.
