Rash as in hasty, ill advised, reckless, foolhardy, and incogitant($10 word).
We'll file this one in the category of 'patience.'
Most of the rushed conclusions are incorrect and dangerous.
Thus, lets all exercise some patience-- before 'rushing' and 'rashing' to poor and improper conclusions.
That's my view... what say you?
