Helen is so on the money. Many sayings jump into my mind. Your only as old as you feel. Mind over matter. Everything is as you percieve it to be, are just a few.

How many elder folk do you know that continue to do amazing things well into their years? Here are a few for you. Google the 85 year old showgirl in Las Vegas. How about the 99 year old judge found on Daryn Kagan.com? And my favorite of all time.. 88 yr old mayor, Hurricane Hazel of Mississagua, Ontario, Canada. Be sure to find out about her incredible feats.
