Who knew?
Even famous tough guy American legendary cowboy hero John Wayne was even frightened and had reserves. He's human. He does, and so does every single one of us.
But as Wayne suggests...'Jump in and face your fear.' That is the best way to not only battle, but WIN against fear. Saddle up!
