Know what you are dealing with...

We've always been taught to give people, the benefit of the doubt. Also, give humans high expectations to live up to and many times, they will respond accordingly. 

With that stated, sometimes you have to face facts and know what you are dealing with. You got what you got. Some people just don't have it nor do they care a whisker to give any exerted effort. When faced with this, act accordingly and move on...
