Most good decisions are made with level heads. In general, we get ourselves into trouble when making decisions in anger or with too much alacrity( both combined and we really are asking for it.)
Proverbs 21:5 tells us "Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty."
Thus the moral here is clear; remain cool and calm when making decisions and plans.
