Sending the Elevator back down...

Blog quote #975...
"If you're lucky enough to do well, it's your responsibility to send the elevator back down." -Kevin Spacey-
A couple of points. Note Spacey says 'lucky enough.'  Much of what we do- some is in our hands and plenty more is from our creator. Humans are in far less control of things than they want to believe.
Need proof? How do you assure that you wake up tomorrow? Try stopping the sun from rising. How does one couple have 5 kids and others can't even conceive once? Why does one professional golfer have 15 hole- in- ones and another has zero? Many of the little things we call fate or coincidence...maybe not so.
Next, Spacey infers that a way to appreciate your blessings(your responsibility) is to 'send the elevator back down' to lift or pick others up, and aid them- in them having the opportunities to success that you've been granted.
In sum: Do well, count your blessings, then share and help others. What a beautiful, unselfish, caring formula. Thumbs up, Mr Spacey. You 'get it.'
That's my view...what say you?
