Blog quote #781...
"My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for 20 minutes. Cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell, simmer down and go about business as usual." -Phyllis Diller-
Seems kind of funny, but it's actually a good strategy. Its OK to get something off your chest and have a 'moment', or in this case 20 minutes. As long as you get it out, then move on.
It really doesn't do any good for you to hold it all in. And others will pay for that somewhere down the line as well. Let it go, and then, start fresh.
That's my view...what say you?
