a.)Learning and how effective was the transfer of communication.

b.)Listening versus understanding.

Both a) and b) above are very important topics to work very hard at mastering. First, to communicate our message is as important as anything. Second, true effective listening translates into better, more effective understanding.

Pride or Humbleness... which do you choose?

Hmm!

Two words that you don't usually see paired in the same sentence; proud and humility.  Given the two choices, humbleness is almost always the longer term, better choice. 

(Note:Not referring to pride in your country, school, or faith here. More like boastful, cocky pride.)

The best way to INSTRUCT...

Tremendous lesson on brevity, and just saying what needs to be said. At risk of being repetitive, just tell us  what we need to know and give it to us so we quickly absorb it, learn from it and retain it. Keep it simple!
