Driving down the road the other day, I heard this song come over the radio waves. I had to do a double take as to the meaning of the statement.

After further pondering, it was determined to be one of those tricky statements that go round and round. Can always expect something fun and unique from country music.

Silly, yes.
Makes you think, absolutely.
Some truth to it--- I believe so.

Moral of the story... it's not a bad idea to determine where you want to go, otherwise you'll surely end up somewhere else. I think??

Might lead to the question--- How does someone know where 'somewhere else' is, if they don't know where they are 'going?' HMMM...

Not certain I agree its the BEST way, but there is a good case made that it's certainly a Top 10- er.

I like the wording of "burying your potential." Makes you want to get out there and DO SOMETHING about it!

This was Disney's philosophy, and part of his business model for success.
Seems overly simplistic, doesn't it?
Remember--- common sense isn't always so common.

Many companies are out there doing all sorts of crazy branding and advertising and gimmicking and paying celebrities to promote their product. Some are trying to re-invent the wheel constantly. Others are trying to woo customers with the 'latest and greatest.'

To me, Disney's approach seems like a recipe for greatness. How about you?
